All merchandise is very carefully checked for damage or faulty workmanship prior to leaving our store. Raw Pearls offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all merchandise if the item is damaged (and the damage has not been caused by wear and tear) or does not match the stated description.
If you find this to be the case, the product, together with the original invoice must be returned to our store within fourteen (14) days of the date of the invoice or the date of shipment in its original packaging and condition and without having been worn. Damaged items returned after fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice or the date of shipment will not be exchanged or refunded.
Raw Pearls offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all merchandise if the workmanship is found to be faulty (and the fault has not been caused by wear and tear). The faulty item, together with the original invoice must be returned to our store within three months (3) months of the date of the invoice or the date of shipment in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Where possible, the faulty item will be exchanged like for like or, if not possible, for another item of equal value. This guarantee does not apply to custom-made orders or to merchandise which has been modified at the request of the customer. Faulty items returned after three (3) months from the date of the invoice or the date of shipment will not be exchanged or refunded.
All refunds will be made in the same manner as the initial purchase.
Insurance for items returned to Raw Pearls will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
